The Dallas Tigers Baseball Club is a local non-profit organization nationally recognized as a top producer of baseball prospects for college and professional baseball. Originally founded in 1993 with 1 team, the club now has over 40 teams ranging in ages from 8 through 18.
The growth in online traffic and social media has been exponential in the last decade. With even more demand in recent years, they selected Polk Three Marketing to substantially upgrade their web site, branding, and seamless integration with social media. And with significant mobile traffic, a main objective was mobile responsive design.
Finally, they wanted a simple online solution to annual tryout registrations where they have averaged over 400 players trying out in the last several years. Polk Three implemented a forms technology to collect prospect information, email notifications, storage of prospect information, and auto-response emails.
